Cancellation and refund

If the order is cancelled 24hrs be before the delivery date, a refund will be given to the order. If it’s already been created and is on the way for delivery, we are unable to cancel the order.

Replacement policy

If the flowers arrive damaged, we would replace it for free of charge. Please notify us within 24hrs via email to support@eyefordesignfloral.com and we will organize a replacement delivery ASAP. Please include pictures and the order number.

 Substitution

In some instances, the florist photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.  Substitutions of flowers, greenery or containers may apply based on seasonality and availability.  We will always try our best to maintain the overall aesthetic design. If item is unavailable, we will substitute in production of equal or greater value.

Our delivery fees are additional to the price of the arrangements. We can deliver flowers, plants and specialty gifts to almost anywhere in Tobago. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. We do try our best to accommodate specific requests. In most cases, orders placed as late as 2 P.M. in the recipient’s time zone can be delivered that same day.  For residential orders, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient or attempt delivery the next day. For business orders, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day.

• When you want flowers for same-day delivery in Tobago (Scarborough-Crown Point area), please place your order before 2 p.m. EST that day.
• For delivery outside of (Scarborough – Crown Point area) please call at least one day before your desired delivery date.

Whenever you place an order for same-day please have the full address, building, floor/unit and recipient phone number (additionally, when necessary, a doorman, concierge or alternative delivery plan, etc.) available for us to ensure accurate and timely delivery service.

Please immediately inform our customer service team of any time-specific requests to verify feasibility. We accommodate timed delivery requests whenever possible, however due to the nature of the traffic we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time.

To support the working environments, we are mindful of completing office deliveries during business hours. Please convey any unusual office hours to our Customer Service team.

For rush orders, we do offer Express Delivery service, which puts your order at the top of our next delivery route within 2 hours of the time you place your order. Speak with Customer Service directly to confirm pricing.

“What if the recipient is not there?”

To maintain quality and safety, Eye for Design floral does not leave unattended deliveries if recipient or a designated receiving party is not present at the time of delivery. Our delivery professional will return your order to the safety of our store until an alternative delivery plan can be established.

“Did it get delivered?”

When you place your order, we ask that you provide your email address so that you receive both an immediate order confirmation AND a delivery confirmation once the delivery is complete.
